Your content
You must own the rights to the photos and music you upload, or have permission to use them. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on anyone's copyright, privacy, or other rights.
Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, or explicit content. We may remove content and refuse service at our discretion if these terms are violated.
Payments and refunds
Wedding Slideshow Maker offers a free watermarked HD download. You may pay a one-time fee of $24 to unlock a clean HD download without the watermark for that slideshow. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because digital downloads are delivered immediately after payment, refunds are generally not available once the clean file has been unlocked, except where required by law or if a verified technical failure prevents download. Service limits
Free slideshow generation is limited to a reasonable number of renders per day per visitor to prevent abuse. Paying to remove the watermark on a slideshow does not count against that free daily limit. Paid downloads are subject to availability and successful payment processing.
Storage and retention
Uploaded photos, music, and rendered videos are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 5 days. Download your files before they expire. We are not responsible for files deleted after the retention period.

This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific render times, or that outputs will meet every expectation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, if any.
